  4. Jodi Rankin: You are not starving yourself, we live in a country where we overeat and majority are obese. Intermittent​ fasting has healthy benefits if you do the research. On a higher fat diet you won't crave carbs and other junk foods. It is an amazing diet and the benefits are worth it. I don't see this as a Fad diet. This makes nutritional sense when you do the proper research. Never felt better in my life. And do not feel deprived one bit.
